THE WICCAN REDE

When the moon rides at her peak, Then your heart's desire seek, Heed the North wind's mighty gale, Lock the door and drop the sail. When the wind comes from the South, Love will kiss thee on the mouth. When the wind blows from the West, Departed souls will have no rest. When the wind blows from the East, Expect the new and set the feast. Nine woods in the cauldron go, Burn them fast and burn them slow. Elder be the Lady's tree, Burn it not or cursed you'll be. When the Wheel begins to turn, Let the Beltane fires burn. When the Wheel has turned to Yule, Light the log and the Horned One rules. Heed ye Flower, Bush and Tree, By the Lady, blessed be. “Feet not Yards”…

I own a BAM B40 it was tuned by Mike Melick. I have a Leapers 3x9x40 scope mounted. Have you had a chance to try this rifle out? It is a little heavy for hunting but so far out to about 100 feet it is a killer.  I guess that is my problem - "feet" not yards!!" I really want to get out there.  I believe I have been told if that is what I want I need to go to a PCP rifle, and  a lesson I have learned is to not fudge on the next scope. I want the scope to double as a spotting scope, so I can see each shot placement. Please share with me your thoughts on this issue.

hay, you might have seen my comments about the barska 4-12x40 AO scope. it's sharp, rugged, and costs $56 delivered from amazon.com. the 12x is great compared to 9. i'd like even more power, but this will do for the money. -bp
