What is the word "Treasure"

As a noun it is - a person or thing considered very valuable.

As a verb it is - to store away or save  for future use.

What one man treasures another may desire. Sometimes when you have stored up so much it just becomes "stuff" or "junk" at is point, maybe you may see where It is more blessed to give than to receive.

Because "One man's junk is another man's treasure", if you give - it prevents stealing which can be defined as "the desire to get as much as possible while giving as little as possible".

YHWH teaches that instead of "stealing" - Give - Giving as much as possible while taking as little as possible.

We come in the world with nothing and leave the world with nothing we can not take our treasures with us so why hold on to them we need to build up our treasures in heaven. There in Heaven our treasures are not stolen corrupted tarnished broken or rusted by time. Yahushua says "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."  So We all only need air, food, shelter, warmth, and since the fall of Adam and Eve - clothes for fashion statement. 

As for me - My treasure on earth now is in the people that I have come to know and to be loved by.

YHWH may give us riches or not. It is the way we use are wealth here on earth that determine if the earthly wealth transfers to heavenly wealth. Most of us have what we need, the basics to live. We need to give as much while taking as little as possible then we are pointing in the right direction and building treasures in our hearts and in heaven.

So in the spirit of things. Things that are taken from you, though it is not nice to lose those items remember it was not yours to keep and as a treasure that does not reach heaven. So think of it as a gift to those that desire to get as much as possible while giving as little as possible. Take that loss and turn it into a treasure that can be used to build your wealth in heaven. and be Blessed by it.

Special thanks to the Love and Inspiration that the Wendell family have given me, as I grow in faith and strength in Yahushua. YHWH has given me a family in the loss of mine. No man could feel more loved on earth as YHWH does in heaven. I only hope I show as much "love" to them and the world. Andy

What I love about "Live Free or Die" it is that I have always thought and said "If you do not know 'History' you are bound to repeat it".  I have always loved studying American history or at least what we were allowed to know.  Please watch Glenn Beck's documentary in 6 parts, offered for viewing on YouTube. Also watch "500 Nations" with Kevin Costner, History they tried to cover up!

It's 3 wheeled and you pedal from the seated position. I have a bad back and this helps me get my exercise and therapy. It also has a electric assist motor. It is my preferred means of travel. Grocery Day

Grocery day today. This is the first time since Christmas - that I have been able to wear my shoes. and the first time mid October to leave to house and go anywhere.  Dad was not feeling well, but
good news Dad was my feeling is better now. So I got the Car to myself... WOW I have not that in a while ... a long well. If felt like I was 17 again. I wonder what I will feel like when I am with a lady friend again, 18 ???  I got grits,oatmeal, crystal lite, tea, hot cocoa, tropical trail mix for me and bought other groceries too. I looked around and walked all over I was like a kid in the candy store with a dollar bill. Looked at things I knew I could not buy, it was nice to be out and about.  Maybe next month I can do it again.

Stop the MURDERING of Dolphins.

Why do we allow the "MURDERING" of Dolphins???

Is it not enough that the mercury we created are killing them and us. More 23,000 Dolphins per year are slaughtered, some for their meat at a price of around $600 per Dolphin. They are more intelligent than humans!! So how much are "we worth" on the market? During the time of the Greek Empire, it was  a death sentence for the killing of a Dolphin What have we forgotten?. Remember Richard (Ric) O'Barry (born c. 1941^[1]) was first recognized in the 1960s for capturing and training the five dolphins that were used in the well-known TV series Flipper. Soon after one of the Flipper dolphins, Cathy, died in O'Barry’s arms he made a radical transition from training dolphins in captivity to assertively combating the captivity industry. O'Barry is currently featured in The Cove, a film that uses covert techniques to expose the yearly dolphin drive hunting that goes on in Taiji, Japan.[1].  Ric worked on Flipper show for 10 years and has been trying to undo the captivity industry for over 40 years.Download and Watch the film "The Cove". VICK'S VapoRub - INTERESTING

Some of us have used Vick's VapoRub for years for everything from chapped lips to sore toes and many body parts in between. But I've never heard of this. And don't laugh, it works 100% of the time, although the scientists who discovered it aren't sure why. To stop night time coughing in a child (or adult as we found out personally), put Vick's VapoRub generously on the soles of your feet, cover with socks, and the heavy, deep coughing will stop in about 5 minutes and stay stopped for many, many hours of relief. Works 100% of the time and is more effective in children than even very strong prescription cough medicines. In addition it is extremely soothing and comforting and they will sleep soundly.

There are only two authorized ways to Vicks VapoRub. The first is for coughing and congestion where it is applied to the chest and neck area, and the second is for minor muscular aches and pains where it is applied topically to the area affected. However, people use Vicks VapoRub for a variety of reasons, some of which can be dangerous, and are not recommended.

Toenail Fungus

1. While Proctor and Gamble, the company that makes Vicks VapoRub has not done any of their own testing to determine if this product will cure toenail fungus, many ascertain that it does. The idea of using Vicks VapoRub as a toenail fungus cure has been around for a few years as a home remedy. Since many of the drugs used to cure toenail fungus can cause damage to the liver, it is not surprising that there are those who would try Vicks VapoRub. If a person wanted to try Vicks VapoRub to kill their toenail fungus he should apply the ointment several times a day to the clean surface of the affected toenail. Depending on the severity of the fungal infection, it can take anywhere from weeks to months to kill it, and have a new healthy toenail begin growing.
   
   There are two dangers associated with using Vicks VapoRub in this fashion. The first is that the toe fungus may get worse while a person tries a home remedy, and a person would have to consult a physician and use conventional treatments which will now take even longer to heal the affected toe nail. The second is that if there is any opening, no matter how small, in the skin around the affected toenail, a person could accidentally poison themselves by allowing the camphor in the Vicks VapoRub to enter the bloodstream. Camphor is poisonous to humans.

Humidifier

2. Another way that Vicks VapoRub is used is in humidifiers and vaporizers that are specially made to use Vicks VapoRub or other similar aromatherapy products. Putting Vicks VapoRub in the aromatherapy compartment of a vaporizer or humidifier warms the ingredients and makes them airborne where the sick person can inhale them. There is no danger associated with using Vicks VapoRub in this manner.

Repels Mosquitoes

3. Another way that Vicks VapoRub can be used is to repel mosquitoes. The reason that Vicks VapoRub works for this is that it contains cedar leaf oil which is a natural insect repellent. Just dab a bit on the ankles, inner elbows, inner wrists, and neck and this will help to keep the mosquitoes from biting. If a person forgot to put the Vicks VapoRub on before going outside, he could still put them on any resulting mosquito bites. The menthol and camphor increase blood circulation and this breaks up the anti-clotting agent that the mosquito injected when it bit a person. This in turn stops the itching. There is a danger to using Vicks VapoRub in this fashion if you put it on a mosquito bite because this could allow the Vicks VapoRub to enter the bloodstream. Vicks VapoRub is not to be taken internally, and this includes through an open wound no matter how small because the camphor is toxic to humans if taken internally. Because of this it is best to only use Vicks VapoRub as an insect repellant before a person goes out, not after a person has already been bitten.

Warnings

4. Vicks VapoRub has camphor in it, and camphor when taken internally is toxic to humans. This means that a person should not put Vicks VapoRub on hemorrhoids, under the nose, in the nose, in the mouth, or in or near the eyes, as this could cause the body to take camphor in internally, and thus result in camphor poisoning.

Hello BROL Friends - "A New Year"

Hi everyone, I am starting to come out of my depression. I have not done much or gone anywhere lately. I have not even left the house since October. I just keep my blog going. Till I get my disability I have not since much reason to do much. No income pretty much slows things down to a stop. So depressing too. My Brother and family have been helping climb out of this hole.

So what's up?

I still have not figured out how to get my wheels off - if I needed to.
I still need a horn replacement.
I still think I want an engine or motor on Onyx.
I want to build a trailer for Onyx.
I am thinking about a 600 mile trip in the spring/early summer.

If you all could help with any of the above, with ideas, comments, parts whatever, it would be a great blessing.

Streamlined Blogs and Notes

Today I have been streamlining my Sidebar trying to include all the things I want; plus have the blog load as quickly as possible. I now have almost as many panels on the Sidebar as before, just learning different ways to display the info.

I am exciting that my Brother's wife will be coming home tomorrow, I know his is really excited to. I long for those days, till I get there again I just live my life through the people and family around me and watch a lot of romantic movies.

Lord knows I miss my children (they grew up and left) and enjoy the chance to see and talk with my Brothers children. Thank you for buying the web cam David.

I know one sure way to get me there quicker would be for me to lose my internet connection. I need to start working on my trailer for Onyx. I wish I had a engine on her. What to do with all my stuff... It is amazing how much stuff you collect over the years. I really need a 12 or 14 foot step van. All that hinges on when I will get my Social Security Disability Benefits. I wonder how many trips it would take with Onyx to move everything. Most cycle trailers are limited to 100 pound loads.

David I pray that toothache goes away. May YHWH touch you and give you relief.

More on the .25 cal Marauder.

Of course I have my eyes, and ears open for any news on the "new" Marauder in the .25 Caliber format. Here is the latest I have picked up on the net, this info came from a website " The Outdoor Wire" Shot show 2010.

The new .25 caliber Benjamin Marauder air rifle is a powerhouse of sophistication and quiet accuracy shooting at velocities greater than 850 fps. Of course has I have more I will re-post it here. Yes this is a smart looking Air Rifle made in the USA. It is priced a bit high, but so is evreything when it first comes out, You just have to do the math and see find if it will pay out in the long run. For me the cost of firearm ammunition is and will become so high that it is  an acceptable choice.  Do the math. For me I will have to check this out and borrow one before I hand over the money it takes to obtain one.  Remember this is a PCP rifle and you will need a pump and accessories. As always to not settle for anything but the best scope for your rifle, it is not uncommon to spend more on the scope than your rifle.  Stop by Pyramyd Air and ask about the new .25 Caliber. More later.
